Bessel-J function for complex numbers

The function Bessel-J calculates the Bessel function Jv (z) of the first kind. The Bessel-J functions show an oscillating (not an exponential) behavior. Bessel-J (n, z) is a solution of the Bessel differential equation.

This function expects a complex number as argument z . Bessel functions for real numbers can be found here.
