Bayes Theorem Calculator

Online Calculators and formulas for calculations according to Bayes' theorem

This function calculates the conditional probability according to Bayes' theorem Bayes' theorem is a mathematical theorem from probability theory.

For the calculation, enter the three values of the events P(A), P(B) and P(B|A) in %. Then click on the 'Calculate' button.

Formula of Bayes' theorem

For two events \( A\) and \(B\), the probability of \(A\) given that \(B\) occurred can be divided by the probability of \(B\) given that \(A\) occurred calculate:

\(\displaystyle P(A|B)=\frac{P(B|A)\cdot P(A)}{P(B)}\)
